KAREI-ADM Series Absolute Rated Double-Structure Silicone-Free Non-Woven Melt Blown Filter Cartridges are manufactured from FDA-approved silicone-free, non-foaming pure polypropylene micro-denier fibers using a multi-layer thermal bonding structure. The unique double-structure design combines a high-density fixed-pore inner layer with a graded-density outer layer that acts as a pre-filter, allowing larger particles to be removed before reaching the inner layer. This reduces filter loading, provides extremely low pressure drop, and delivers a service life of 2–8 times longer than conventional depth filter cartridges. Thermally bonded without surfactants, binders, or adhesives, ADM provides high-purity filtration performance and is suitable for a wide range of process fluid applications.
