KAREI-N66 Series Absolute Rated Nylon 66 Pleated Membrane Filter Cartridges are manufactured from high-purity Nylon 66 membrane for final filtration applications requiring high purity and efficient particle removal. The non-shedding membrane provides absolute fixed pore ratings from 0.1 to 1.0 μm with excellent particle removal and bacteria retention capabilities. Large void volume and porous media provide high flow rates with low pressure drops, while thermal bonding without surfactants, additives, or binders minimizes extractables. Manufactured in a Class 10K cleanroom, the cartridges are 100% pre-flushed with deionized water and integrity tested for consistent filtration performance.
